Western Mechanical is currently looking for quality, experienced service technicians to join our continuously growing business. At Western Mechanical, we employ only the best individuals to develop and strengthen our customer relationships.
Our technicians are self-motivated and have a strong working knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and service requests including replacement, and modifications of equipment or systems as needed or requested by customers. Qualifications:
Must be able to complete an accurate and thorough HVAC inspection/diagnosis

Western Mechanical is currently looking for a dependable, hardworking and capable of being a team player HVAC Fabricator to join our company.
Our Fabricators’ main duties include assembling and constructing metal products by cutting, bending, and welding materials according to specifications. Be highly skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, as well as experienced in handling a variety of metal fabrication tools, equipment, and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine the requirements for metal fabrication projects.
- Cut, bend, and shape metal components using a range of fabrication equipment such as saws, lathes, drill presses, and grinders.
- Weld or join metal components together using various techniques and methods.
- Assemble and construct metal products, ensuring that the final product is accurate, functional, and meets the required specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Regularly maintain and clean all metal fabrication tools, equipment, and machinery used in the workshop.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques, tools, and machinery
- Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a variety of physical positions
- Experience in welding techniques and procedures.
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Western Mechanical is currently looking for a dependable, hardworking and capable of being a team player HVAC Installer to join our company.
As a HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of sheet metal / ductwork for HVAC systems in commercial buildings and/or installation and repair of (HVAC) systems in residential properties. We are looking for experienced workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of sheet metal / ductwork for HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the sheet metal layout and installation requirements.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, fireplaces, new construction and related components in residential settings.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain HVAC system operations, maintenance requirements, and operation.
- Ensure all installations and repairs meet local building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 2-4 years previous experience as a commercial HVAC Sheet Metal installer.
- Proficiency in sheet metal / ductwork installation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC sheet metal / ductwork components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license
